VINCENT J. STARK |
Vincent a founding principal
of Kamerlink, Stark, McCormack & Powers, L.L.C., holds a Communications Degree from Illinois State University (1985), a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School (1988) and has practiced matrimonial law exclusively.
He has represented hundreds of clients in all areas of family law, making him one of the most respected matrimonial attorneys in Chicago. Vincent is an accomplished litigator and negotiator, and advocates for clients in Cook County as well as six Chicagoland counties.
Vincent is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, a court appointed Guardian ad Litem (Child’s Representative) and concentrates in contested custody, visitation disputes and complicated financial cases. Vincent authored the Child Custody Chapter for the Illinois State Bar Association Family Law Handbook and has lectured and published several articles in the area of family law.
As a past member of the Chicago Bar Association, Fees and Ethics Subcommittee and the Illinois State Bar Association Section Council, Vincent was involved in the drafting of legislation for the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act.
